Use SELECT and sort records in ascending order
SELECT hotels.name, hotels.stars, hotels.price
FROM hotels INNER JOIN location ON hotels.locationID = location.LocationID
ORDER BY hotels.stars;
The query returns the names of the hotels, the stars and the price. The records are sorted by stars.
